1. What’s Included

This package includes:

  1. Design & Build
    • Fully custom single-page WordPress site with premade theme only.
    • Nav with 3 links: Home/About, Services, Contact
    • Scrollable layout with up to 5 sections: Hero, About, Services/Products, Testimonials, General Contact only.
    • Responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop friendly).
    • Designed to match your brand colors, fonts, and style.
  2. Functionality
    • Contact form (up to 5 fields- name, email, phone, business, message) connected to your email.
    • Click-to-call phone number (mobile friendly).
    • Social media icon links (up to 4 platforms).
    • Basic on-page SEO (page title, meta description, keyword-friendly headings).
  3. Content & Images
    • Integration of your provided text and images.
    • Up to 5 royalty-free stock images if you don’t have your own.
    • Image optimization for faster loading.
  4. Training & Handover
    • WordPress admin access & deployment provided upon receipt of final payment.
    • 30-minute recorded video tutorial on how to update your content.

2. What’s NOT Included

The package does not include:

  • Logo design or branding package.
  • E-commerce (shopping cart, payment processing, inventory).
  • Booking systems or custom plugins.
  • Email setup, pdf or any additional forms
  • Hosting or domain purchase, set up and registration (available at additional cost).
  • Image sourcing, creation, only placeholders will be provided – the client will not have the licence to their use. (Photography, Videography is available at an additional charge.)
  • Copywriting services beyond light editing of provided text- may not change the overall structure or word count.
  • Ongoing updates or maintenance (available in separate maintenance plans).

3. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you must:

  • Provide all text content, images, and brand assets before the start date. Otherwise placeholder will be inserted, and it is up to the client to validate and provide edits on time.
  • Respond to emails and provide approvals within 2 business days.
  • Supply correct and final content — content changes after build may incur extra charges.

4. Timeline

  • Start date begins once deposit and all content are received.
  • Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days.
  • Delays in providing content or approvals will extend completion time.

5. Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit due before work begins (non-refundable once design work starts).
  • 50% balance due before the website is deployed to hosting goes live.
  • Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card payments via Stripe
  • Proof of business ownership may be required, and other identification may be required, GST #

6. Revisions

  • 1 revision round included after the first draft.
  • Additional revisions billed at $60/hour.

7. Warranty & Support

  • Site will be tested on latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop, macbook, ipad and iphone, samsung.
  • 30-day warranty for bugs or errors caused by my work, third party issues such as hosting, DNS, themes, plugins are not included in this guarantee.
  • After warranty period, updates/support billed at $60/hour or covered under a maintenance plan.
  • Before I commence any work on already live websites, I will do a throughput examination of the hosting, FTP, console errors, error logs, site health, SEO, – the charge includes an evaluation of this status before we can develop. This does not include revision of any issues, This will be subject to additional charges.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
